A prayer of light and dark

Mit ein wenig langeweile in einer Freistunde hingeschmiert..
Denke, es ist deshalb nicht wirklich gut gefeilt,
weiß nicht, was ich davon halte..

With the pleasure of eternal fight,
darkness keeps alive the light.
And within a warm and brilliant spark,
light will always hurt what's dark.
For well you know that daylights pride
would equal nothing without night.
They are like actors, so serene,
within their own eternal scene.
Oh - darkness knows, it will belong
to daylights sparks, which still shine strong.
And daylight also will belong
to darknesses silence - this fight was wrong.
They hunt each other in an endless race,
untill in love and death embraced.
Will at last peace and silence stay?
This is, what light and darknesss pray.
