Ich empfinde es als passend,
Jesus in der Interpretation als Liebe oder Erlösung zu verstehen,
dann bedarf es imho keiner größeren Religiosität, um mit dem Inhalt etwas anfangen zu können.

obwohl es mainstream ist find ich die band hat meist ganz gute texte und mir gefällt teilweise auch die mucke

Huh – hab sie gar nicht so sehr als Mainstream wahrgenommen, aber *whatever* :P
Mir gefiel zuerst vor allem die Mischung aus Trommeln und Schüssen,
dass der Text annehmbar war, war dann mehr Glück ^^ – mit den anderen Liedern von “This is War” kann ich irgendwie nicht so viel anfangen o.O

Ih sag nur “A Beautiful Lie” in verbindung mit dem Motto des neuen HIM Albums: Ein guter Song ist ein guter Song… Meinstream hin oder her, die Jungs haben was aufm kasten!
